That user would be me. Might not be a big deal, and it might be (probably is, in fact) a coincidence, but Asda is a company name as I am sure you are aware. Apparent promotion of companies is as frowned upon as deliberate promotion of them. I just found this also: Autism Service Dogs of America. Perhaps that's where you got the inspiration from? Great! Sorry about the username mix-up, the new one is very cool. Lord of the Rings fan? Anyway, about formatting. You can read through Help:Table and Help:A quick guide to templates (if that comes under "and such"). After that, I would suggest messing around in a sandbox to get the feel of it. You can create your own (under User:Mithril712/Sandbox or something similar) or play in mine. This helps for you to become familiar with a concept before using it in an article. Extra unrelated tip: Always try to use the "Show preview" button before saving an edit. It takes a little extra time, but keeps one from making two or three more edits to fix mistakes. Just add your name to the list of participants. That project has a slightly more complicated participant list than some, but I think you could figure it out. If not, just come back and ask. Then, help out with any open tasks the project might have. I also find it useful to watchlist the project's main page so I can keep up with any new developments.
