hi, i'm here to inform you that taiwan's formal national name is republic of china. thus, from 1993-1999, miss taiwan use "taiwan ROC" TO join the miss universe, so i made some change for their title on each page. i have cited some resources to prove. also, please do not be confused that Republic of China is not "CHINA". TAIWAN(REPUBLIC OF CHINA) and CHINA(PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA). our situation is like north korea and south korea. |
