I think you already did that, but you have to give him some more time to respond. Perhaps you could rephrase your request on his page not to be refer to "abuse". As for me, I will say that looking at the article, it looked to be pretty much the same thing as what had previously been deleted by discussion. That is why I placed the speedy delete tag - that is not abuse; it is standard to delete quickly ("speedily") something that has already been discussed and is just reposted.
