Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively, please note that people of many different faiths read Wikipedia articles. For this reason, there is a guideline about Islamic honorifics in the Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a neutral point of view and consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style by adding honorifics disturbs uniformity among articles and should only be done with a special reason.
