Yes, it is... It's an issue with labs where the bot is hosted. A bunch of various bots there are editing logged out. Due to the fact that there are all kinds of issues being caused like hitting abuse filters and being unable to create archive pages as anon, I'm requesting the IP be temporarily blocked until Legoktm or Σ can get the bot logged back in (not sure if this is Legobot or Lowercase sigmabot III) — {{U|Technical 13}} ^{(t • e • c)} 02:38, 6 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
