Can you explain?

Today, I looked back at a Wikipedia page that I had edited yesterday. My edits yesterday created and fleshed out the plot section for the movie "Charlie Says" and slightly adjusted the cast section for that page. Today, I saw that I was blocked from editing Wikipedia. Here is the notice, where the > sign at the beginning of the line indicates that the remainder of the line is quoted.

I do not understand what you meant by "matching block on IPv6 2600:387:A:9C2:0:0:0:0/64" nor what part of the edit of the plot section you thought was vandalism. Can you explain, please?
