Information icon Hello, I'm Hulmem. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Silver Line (Washington Metro), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. hulmem (talk) 23:43, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Serols. I noticed that in this edit to Red Line (Washington Metro), you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Serols (talk) 16:52, 1 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Mako001. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Bethesda station, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Mako001 (C)  (T)  21:44, 17 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Do not make changes based on your personal knowledge

[edit]

You just "updated" the information on the opening of the new Silver Line stations. Your information is probably correct, but the update needs a source. The information is not in the source cited. Please do not edit Wikipedia based solely on your own knowledge. Uporządnicki (talk) 19:48, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You've been asked not to make changes without references

[edit]

You've been asked several times not to make changes without references. And just now, you've put back something that you put in before, and that was removed. At the information about the planned date of opening of the remaining Silver Line, the source cited does not support what you wrote.
In this instance, there is another source cited elsewhere that might support what you say; when I have time, I'll have a look and I'll cite it at your edit if it does indeed support it. (If it does not, I'll remove your edit AGAIN.)
DO NOT EDIT WIKIPEDIA BASED ON PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE!! (I think I said "please" before; once is enough, to say it again would be foolish.) It seems you've been blocked once before for vandalism; I wonder if it was for careless, willy-nilly editing. Uporządnicki (talk) 15:33, 27 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
