I noticed that you (or someone else with your IP address) left feedback for the cotton picker article, requesting that someone edit the article to "put the instruction manual". Wikipedia is not for instruction manuals and similar "how-to" type information, so it is unlikely that instructions for operating that kind of device will be added to the article, because that is outside the scope of what kind of information Wikipedia includes. The page I linked provides some suggestions for where you can look for instructions and how-tos, though.
