In reply to "We can still edit our talk page, right?"[edit]

Right, but don't blank out the IP talk page again or add disruptive content (ie: obscene language or abusive unblock requests) as that will cause you to lose that privledge as well. Feel free to contructively edit after the block expires in 3 months. PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 03:44, 1 December 2009 (UTC)

I apologize for this next comment, but PRIVILEGE. Spelling is a good trait to know if you plan on extensively editing wikipedia.

It happens; I'm more careful when adding information to articles. Gee, why don't you look for spelling errors in articles after your block has expired? Perhaps you could do more proof reading instead of vandalizing? PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 03:59, 1 December 2009 (UTC)

I could simply write a script to check for spelling errors, because I prefer to leave such simplistic tasks to automated computer programs as opposed to human intellect and labor. I appreciate the invitation back; however, in three months, I'll be long gone from this IP and will have to continue our conversation elsewhere.

A lot of people here use scripts actually, WP:TW for example is a script commonly used for various "behind the seens" tasks. We're generally quite forgiving so long as someone isn't evading a block and obviously so long as they're not vandalizing. I believe we've actually had admins that got their start as vandals that came to their senses. PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 04:08, 1 December 2009 (UTC)

"behind the scenes" Please tell me that you're kidding me with this! I would hope that basic literacy would be a requirement for your bravado, but apparently not.

I actually know all of this, but when you're (notice I said "you're" instead of "your" like I've seen others do) participating in more important activites than just posting at this talk page... PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 04:16, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
If you want to see some even more hilarious errors people commonly make, click on that little "recent changes" button on the left unter interaction. People spell "receive" as "recieve" and use "it's" instead of "its" (and vice versa), and those are just to two examples. That's called not using "show preview" before you post. PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 04:22, 1 December 2009 (UTC)

Does this mean our entire university is blocked because of the previous vandalism? Thanks!
