Hello. I've started the process of reverting the large number of edits you have made to date formats. Please stop converting regular dates to ordinal dates (1st, 24th, etc). You have made a very large number of edits recently, but I note that none of them includes an edit summary. This has made it more difficult to sort through those edits requiring reversion due to contravention of date format conventions. You have made quite a lot of changes to number formats of Irish railway locomotives. As these are different from the numbers quoted by multiple other editors, it would be appreciated if you could support your changes with references. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in CIE 801 Class. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. As with above relating to dates. Iggy (Swan) 19:49, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
