Looking for an expert on MD titles: can you help me?

Hi there, I found the page on medical doctorate titles very helpful and saw that you made the most edits to that page. I graduated from medical school a while ago, now working internationally, and I'm confused about which countries I am allowed to use which title in - therefore, I'd like to talk to an expert. I couldn't find any good sources otherwise after a while of googling.
