Hello. You indicated that you were looking for a dictionary definition of "fiat" but did not find it at Fiat. The article Fiat is about the automotive group instead of the general word "fiat"; this is because articles are often titled by the most common or most broadly recognized usage in English (though this varies by English-speaking country). The 'general "fiat" article' is a disambiguation page at Fiat (disambiguation), which contains a link to wiktionary but not a dictionary definition itself.

I would generally recommend when looking for dictionary definitions, you start at Wiktionary.
