I disagree with your opinion that you restored important information: you restored inaccurate information about "Metro Vancouver." For example, it is an official mark of the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Official marks are defined under the Trademark Act (Canada). This official mark is used by the GVRD, GVSDD and GVWD. Also, the Greater Vancouver Sewewerage and Drainage District was incorporated in 1956 by way of the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act. (ie it was not incorporated 1914.) The Greater Vancovuer Water District was incorporated in 1924, not 1926. And your assessment of the status of Indian reserves and the UEL lands oversimplilfies the legal relationships and issues of jurisdiction. - Lynda Stokes
