The original report says 5 DNA segments of varying length among 765958 possible variation sites, thus a range of from 1/64 (1.5%) to 1/1024 (0.1%) native American (specifically, Aztec / Mayan):

Someone edited the page to say 5% DNA. That is incorrect. But it is not, I sense, an evil conspiracy to misrepresent teh evidence. Rather, i sense that editor simply misread "5 DNA segments" as a percentage: An easy enough error to make if one doesn't do this kind of work for a living.
