Well I figured that since the storm was most notable on December 26th (Boxing Day) and 27th, it would make more sense that "Fourth North American Blizzard of 2010", because it could lead to confusion on which storm did what.Besides, this storm was part of the 2010-2011 winter not the 2009-2010 winter, and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd blizzards of 2010 occurred within weeks of one another, and this storm was part of an entirely different season. I wouldn't be surprised if this storm is rated a Category 4 (Crippling) storm on the NESIS scale. Also, this storm was much more notable in intensity and impacted much more people than any of those first 3 blizzards caused because those 3 storms mainly affected the Mid-Atlantic states the hardest, and nowhere else. Another reason why I decided it would not be confused if called the Boxing Day Blizzard is because it did also have a big impact in Atlantic Canada, which DOES celebrate Boxing Day.
