I have reverted the following edit:

concerning the strange addition of a 8 before hydroxychloride in the following reference:

M. W. Bodine, Jr. (1976): "Magnesium 8hydroxychloride: A possible pH buffer in marine evaporite brines?" Geology, volume 4, issue 2, pages 76-80.

Indeed, it makes no sense and I also checked the source of this reference and there is no 8 before hydroxychloride.
