Hey, I take the photos from their respective articles or search for some other file realating to the person in Commons.

Then, when Source Editing the page, just put it like this (Ignore all the "#"s):

[#[File:(file name)|100px.]#]

And this is an example of an entry in the list, also in source code:

| 75 ||style="background: {#{Republican Party (United States)/meta/color}#};"| || style="text-align: left;" | [#[File:Edwin H. Fitler (Philadelphia Mayor).jpg|100px]#] [#[Edwin Henry Fitler|Edwin H. Fitler]#] || {#{dts|April 4, 1887}#} || {#{dts|April 6, 1891}#}|| Republican || 100 || 158

So, like in this example, the image: [#[File:Edwin H. Fitler (Philadelphia Mayor).jpg|100px]#] should come right before the mayor's Name/article link: [#[Edwin Henry Fitler|Edwin H. Fitler]#]

And when viewing the page it should look like this:

No. Mayor Term start Term end Party Mayorship Term
75   Edwin H. Fitler April 4, 1887 April 6, 1891 Republican 100 158
