Thanks for reporting a sockpuppet, which I have now blocked. I am sorry you were put to such inconvenience by edit filter false positives. I don't know whether you regularly edit Wikipedia, but if you do then you may like to create an account, which will reduce the likelihood of various problems such as this one. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
