Why this content is being removed

Your content is clearly promotional and does not conform to rules for neutrality. It refers to "[the government's] lacklustre and disjoined (sic) approach", clearly revealing a WP:AGENDA, and it keeps referring to the subject as "Jo" which suggests a personal connection.
