Per MOS:COLOR, “Ensure that color is not the only method used to communicate important information. Especially, do not use colored text or background unless its status is also indicated using another method, such as an accessible symbol matched to a legend, or footnote labels.” So, no, simply coloring it green or red (the red, BTW, violates MOS:ONWHITE) is insufficient. There's plenty of symbols on the keyboard. The colours are only in the individual episode tables on this page, as far as I can tell. And if you're going to change everything else, then why not get rid of those colours?
