The reasons I'm removing the link in Richard Perle's article to RIWI are as follows:

  • External links should not be used in the body of an article: WP:ELPOINTS number 2
  • Sites that are only indirectly related to the article's subject should generally be avoided: WP:LINKSTOAVOID number 13

The RIWI website is already cited in a source, and the reader will have no problem finding out more. Uglemat (talk) 15:25, 2 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
