If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (35.8.151.126) is used to identify you instead.

I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. Unsourced addition

[edit]

Hello, I see you added some information to Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease. Per WP:VERIFY (and WP:PROVEIT), it needs a source that supports your addition. Please review the "Welcome" message above on your talk page, and WP:MEDRS. If no source is added it will be reverted. (Side note: I normally just revert unsourced additions and give the above information, but since your addition seems very useful I am leaving it for now in hopes it gets a source added).
