Request reason:

sorry this is a shared IP address please unblock it

Decline reason:

This is a case of blatant vandalism. It is reasonable to assume that you are the user committing the vandalism, since the unblock request was filed about one minute after the offending vandalism and the issuing of the block. Whether I believe this is a shared IP is a moot point. Request denied; please wait the 31 hours before editing again. --Kinu t/c 23:39, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired.
