Hey i noticed you asked a user to unblock your user account, however the user you asked to unblock you hasn't contributed to Wikipedia for almost 10 years, so you will have to make a request to be unblocked on your talk page. I will note that your last request was declined because you didn't prove you understood why you were blocked. If you want to be unblocked you have to make another request explaining that you understand that you were blocked for vandalism and abusing multiple accounts.
