October 2011[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to List of Members of the Order of the Companions of Honour, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by ClueBot NG.

A suggestion[edit]

Hi.. I see where cluebot erroneously reverted one of your edits. I hope you reported it as that can help improve the system. Another good practice is to use the edit summary when you make an edit. You might also want to create an account! :) When an anonymous editor makes changes without summaries, they are more likely to be reverted by bots. Just some thoughts. Thanks for the contributions! What did I do?--46.246.209.29 (talk) 14:12, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry, I don't understand your question... Specifically, I'm not saying you did anything.  :) You're making edits and that's a good thing (unless they are vandalism). I'm only suggesting that you should use the summary after each edit to explain briefly what the edit was. This is especially useful when changing things in an article. Also that you should create an account for yourself. You don't have to, but it makes editing and communicating easier. :) Wikipelli Talk 14:15, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
Oh, sorry! I understood that you said that I reverted one of my edits. However I am editing Wikipedia for years and this is the first time someone recomended me to use edit summary...--46.246.209.29 (talk) 14:18, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
WP:ES - I just think it's good practice, especially if you're not using an account. It makes it easier for other editors to see that you're editing in good faith and to help them see what the purpose of the changes is. Wikipelli Talk 14:21, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

Non-free files and lists[edit]

Please stop adding non-free images to lists. This is generally discouraged per WP:NFLISTS. Further, all of your additions are failing WP:NFCC #10c. Just because you can use a non-free image doesn't mean you should. Please STOP doing this. If you have questions, ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 18:27, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
