I think I'm trying to say they weren't 'sacked'. It seems they have a 'Partnership Agreement' and can't just be sacked. That's why I included 'process started under the Partnership Agreement to remove them from the partnership'. The statement named twelve people. Four partners left early in the scandal, another four left more recently. That leaves four with the 'process started under the Partnership Agreement to remove them'.
