To User talk:49.199.225.74

You are stalking, harassing, violating wiki code of conduct, guidelines.

Commonwealth cyber-harassment laws 15.38 Commonwealth law

criminalises cyber-harassment, but does not provide for a general offence of
harassment. The Commonwealth Criminal Code, set out in the schedule to
the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), provides for an offence of
‘using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence’[34]
and ‘using a carriage service to make a threat’.[35]
These would capture conduct amounting to harassment, for example, via the
internet, including social media, and telephone.[36]
Examples of prosecutions under this offence include posting offensive pictures
and comments on Facebook tribute pages;[37]
posting menacing messages on Facebook;[38]
and sending repeated menacing emails.[39]
The maximum penalty under s 474.17 is currently three years imprisonment.
The maximum fine is $19,800 for a natural person and $99,000 for a body
corporate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 111.220.222.2 (talk) 01:13, 26 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that to harass over a telecommunications device is a federal offence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 111.220.222.2 (talk) 01:10, 26 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Just a reminder that "The removal of a warning is taken as evidence that the warning has been read by the user. This specifically includes both registered and unregistered users. (Many new users believe they can hide critical comments by deleting them. This is not true: Such comments can always be retrieved from the page history.)" If you won’t engage on your talk page then you don’t leave me with much choice.49.199.225.74 (talk) 23:40, 25 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am willing to talk. Please give me your phone number. I would like to phone you and discuss this issue over the phone.

You appear to have an axe to grind for some reason. You are undoing my constructive contributions. You are vandalising the site. You are in breach of wiki policies and guidelines. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 111.220.222.2 (talk) 00:54, 26 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
