July 2013[edit]

I appreciate that you'd like people to know about various dangers (smoking marijuana, letting Siamese cats out at night...). However, I'm afraid giving advice is not Wikipedia's job. Wikipedia is here to state facts, not to give advice. Please don't add advice, questions or comments to articles. If you have something to say, please cite a reliable source and present it as a fact, not a 'should' or a question. Thank you. Cathfolant (talk) 02:27, 20 July 2013 (UTC)

W/E commie sure seems like wikipedia offers advice: It may seem that way, but in fact it does not offer advice, or at least should not. Pages written in reasonable accordance with the guidelines and policies state only the facts, not what one should do with them. Please read WP:NOT and WP:NPOV if you have the time (and the interest) - they explain this fairly well. I also don't understand why you called me a 'commie'. How does that follow?
If you don't want to debate this further, that's fine. You seem like you are trying to do the right thing and I'm trying to explain what the right thing is on Wikipedia. That's all. Cathfolant (talk) 02:16, 24 July 2013 (UTC)

That's fine, that's why I try to stay on the talk pages i dont have the knowledge to edit most articles only offer something to the real editors. My destructive edits such as on marijuana smoking were in anger as I was pissed that wiki blocked and blacked out its page as advocacy for a USA congressional policy, when it to that point had claimed neutrality on all issues. It made me mad as it violated its own founding principals. I called you a commie because i in all honesty think you are one. Something if you really are a communist should take pride in.
