Dear Sir, The grammar you can change according to you English language knowledge. However you start EDITOR WAR. This is only your personal point of view that the Bureaucracy is not form of government. You support yourself only by theory of XIX century Max Weber, who definitely is not authority for the MODERN world, where DEMOCRACY took place. In that period of German Empire this could be acceptable, but not in modern world, where education of masses increases and politic has different purposes. I provided definitions from modern dictionaries and history of the word, which also has pejorative roots. You should agree that instead bureaucracy ought to be administration (i.e. executive branch of management, but only EXECUTIVE - without the usurpation of creating new 'law' out of parliament) Please do not use wold bureaucracy=administration. It is NOT correct, it is new-speech to remove of use pejorative meaningful word. I will not give permit to that. Please withstand out of the comments "Additionally, your imperfect command of the English language is affecting the quality of this article." it has nothing to do with merits of edition. I welcome you English changes, but I will oppose the Weberian focus-pocus. Please start discussion on the article talk page. I believe very much that if you will remove from you assumption of inability of Max Weber we will get the point of logical conclusions, well, soon of later since maybe you have some even stronger idea of “better” society govern by exclusive club of bureaucrats. Unfortunately I am egalitarian. Best regards, -- (talk) 04:33, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
