Why am I blocked?
[edit]I woke up today to look at Wikipedia, and it turned out I was blocked! I have a dynamic IP, provider Horry Telephone Cooperative, so this may be the cause. I request an unblock so I can constructively edit pages, due to this block being in error and possibly due to my IP being switched to the IP for a blocked vandal.
Please Explain!
