April 2012[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Music genre, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Adam Leitman Bailey[edit]

Whoa, slow down, cowboy. You're taking out good with bad. Let's be a bit more incremental in our editing, okay? JohnInDC (talk) 17:19, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Please stop for now. Your edits are sloppy, incomplete, in part unsourced and you're making a mess of the page. JohnInDC (talk) 17:22, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Sockpuppets and Bailey have controlled this page for years pls review the Trump NY Post article. Both sides claimed victory. Muslim mosque he was probono attorney that is relevant. And why would his personal high school be remotely worthy of Wikipedia65.88.89.32 (talk) 17:24, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Because that sort of little harmless biographical detail finds its way into nearly every Wikipedia biography in the whole project. JohnInDC (talk) 17:25, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for pausing. We'll make that into a good solid article. JohnInDC (talk) 23:14, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

December 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Kevin12xd. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to The Infinites, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Kevin12xd... | speak up | take a peek | email me 21:40, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

Moshe Friedman[edit]

Thank you for posting over at several of the boards, but this is considered disruptive editing and is rather serious. I understand you have concerns regarding this article, however it is not appropriate to ask for help from multiple forums. This adds confusion and unnecessary duplicated efforts by multiple, volunteer editors. Additionally, the way you edited Wikipedia:Requests for comment/All was outright destructive and had to be fixed. I will be removing your requests as duplicates over at editor assistance and rfc boards, and leaving the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard intact as someone already started to comment over there. January 2013[edit]

Your recent editing history at Moshe Friedman shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for WP:BLP violations and possible abuse of multiple accounts, as you did at Moshe Friedman. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Bbb23 (talk) 19:36, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
