Hi, it looks like you live in Scotland. I live in New Orleans and have for the last 25 years. I was here for Katrina. I was here for Ida. I was here before Latoya and I've been here for her entire tenure. Politicians, especially in New Orleans and Louisiana, are often corrupt and/or ineffective, but Latoya is truly an outlier in how corrupt, ineffective and harmful she has been to this city.
