Your feedback on The Missing Manual

[edit]

Hi. I saw your feedback on Wikipedia: The Missing Manual.

I suspect, based on your feedback, that you thought our Missing Manual pages to be related to lost manuals in general. You are at Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia that anyone can edit. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is not the place for instruction manuals. The page you found is a manual for Wikipedia itself; we do not have manuals for bikes or anything else.

If you want a bike manual, you should probably contact your bike's manufacturer or a shop that sells bikes.

You can search our vast catalogue of encyclopedia articles by typing a subject into the search field on the upper right side of your screen. If you cannot find what you are looking for, we also have a reference desk, divided into various subject areas, where asking knowledge questions is welcome.

If you're wondering why we have manual on Wikipedia called "The Missing Manual", it is because it was first published as part of the O'Reilly series of Missing Manual books.

Best of luck. – PartTimeGnome (talk | contribs) 20:55, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
