The first step is to ascertain that the business meets Wikipedia's standards of notability. To show that, you'll need to find reliable third-party sources such as newspapers or reputable magazines that have reported on the business in some detail. When you have found such sources, you can use the Article Wizard to create a draft that summarizes (in your own words, to avoid copyright issues) what those sources report about the business. You should cite your sources so that our readers can independently verify that the summary is accurate. The Article Wizard will add a messagebox with a "Submit your draft for a review" button you can use when it's ready; the reviewer will either turn the draft into a live article or provide feedback on why it falls short.
