Italics[edit]

I reverted your italicising because it is not usual practice to italicise the teasers. This is because sometimes in the synopses the teasers are summarised together with events in the main text. The italics in Army of Ghosts are put there because of narrative reasons, i.e. a framing sequence of sorts that places it outside the narrative structure of the episode: examples of framing sequences treated in this way are in Father's Day and the four The Trial of a Time Lord serials. Love & Monsters did not have this for practical reasons: Elton's scenes were spliced together with the rest of the narration and to switch between the various cuts would have been too confusing and render it less readable.

Oh, and don't vandalise user pages. Thanks. --khaosworks (talkcontribs) 22:56, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Crediting[edit]

About this edit, it is really quite unnecessary to copy the ending credits verbatim. All that is needed is "character — actor", not the elaborate introduction the credit sequences give. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 10:19, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

List of Dr.Who Items[edit]

Okay, my apologies for reverting your edit. It did, in fact, just look like you had inserted a random number into the article. But now you've re-added it in and written it slightly better. Good stuff. ScarianTalk 15:34, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

Template:Doctorwhorace[edit]

Please stop revert warring on this template. You seem to be under the impression that Someguy0830 has somehow "vandalised" it by removing a field which he'd introduced only a minute earlier as part of a potential reformatting. It's never, therefore, been an integral part of the template. If you wish to see a further change to this template, it would be better to discuss it on the talk page; edit warring can lead to users being blocked. Diane Holmes in Torchwood:Minor Characters[edit]

How do we know the visions are "created by" Bilis? It seems to me that this is a consequence of the weakening of the time rift rather than anything Bilis has done, and in particular, he didn't specifically recreate the appearance of Diane. I think you should justify this before it's reverted. --Rodhullandemu 17:17, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

I read your note[edit]

As you have indicated here, you deleted the content citing that these characters are no longer in the series, however I think they should stay in the article because even if the characters are not currently in the series, this does not change the fact that they were in the series at one point in time. You can however add a note somewhere in the characters bio that they no longer appear. Vivio TestarossaTalk 21:42, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
