Infoboxes

Per MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE: infoboxes are meant to summarize (and not supplant) key facts that appear in the article. In other words, the Infobox that you added is is full of WP:OR and doesn't support its purpose, given the fact that there is no mention of any military conflict between Kheireddin Barbarossa and Salim al-Tumi in the article. M.Bitton I know, the English article of the conflict is weird and does not explain the conflict, but you can see the french and spanish wikipedia. Salim al-Tumi was killed by the Aruj and Aruj became the new king of algiers.

The article is badly written, but doesn't change the fact that there was no battle. Not every article needs an infobox and most are better off without, especially if adding one could end up misleading the readers. M.Bitton (talk) 21:47, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
