Your recent edit[edit]

You added an inappropriate section to Wikipedia_talk:Protection_policy so I have deleted it. I do not know what article you were talking about, but your comment should have gone onto the talk page of the article in question. It's all explained at the top of Wikipedia_talk:Protection_policy: please read that carefully. Thanks. PamD 08:47, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Antelope, is considered bad practice, even if you meant it well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 09:46, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
