I am not threatening legal action, just pointing out to you the risks you are running in relation to modifying the text in light of a potential IPO. Please, speak to your own legal advisors about this and as for the threats in relation to suspension I am sure we can take this higher within Wikipedia in order to have an accurate portrayal in line with Wikipedia's guidelines.

In fact, look at Wikipedia's blocking policy. you shouldn't be using this as a method of intimidating editing, especially in a situation where an explosion has hapened and you are likely to get financial gain if you promote Sterecycle through this medium. If you continue to do this then I think that the blocking of your (and your chums) addresses from reverting the information to that to be deliberately misleading to investors would be more appropriate and upheld - either by moderators or a court of law, or the UKLA.

Your "pointing out the risks" is, by definition, a legal threat. I repeat: if you indeed believe that the Wikimedia Foundation runs the risk of legal trouble, please contact the Wikipedia Foundation directly. I refrain from judging the appropriateness of the current article contents; however, your additions are contrary to the manual of style and several of the basic policies.
