How's about you don't falsely accuse me and look at the pages history to find out who edited it. --Jimbo[online] 12:59, 20 June 2008 (UTC)

Yes sorry for the confusion mate. As i said though, i didn't actually accuse you but it was the only place i could find to write anything. So again, sorry. -- (talk) 03:41, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

It's a collaboration, so yours, mine, and everybody else's versions are going to get mercilessly edited. Reverting it to a previous revision isn't the way to go, unless it's blatantly wrong (like the Beckham thing) or vandalism. Looks like there's a lot of editing going on currently, so I'd wait till it settles down and then make the improvements you feel are necessary, explaining the changes you make and providing references where possible. Beve (talk) 21:06, 20 June 2008 (UTC)

I've had a bit of a go at it. Between us and with help from others, hopefully we can straighten this article out. Ultimately it needs to explain things in a way that a complete novice would understand. It needs references to avoid WP:NOR, and contributions from other editors HAVE to be allowed in line with WP:OWN.Beve (talk) 21:44, 20 June 2008 (UTC)

Sorry about that other one, ruining your page lol. I still didn't realise i should have done it here though, even after reading messages and staring at that edit sign for a bit lol. Yes hopefully we can improve it mate, as there is quite a bit missing. I have too much time on my hands so it's not even a problem really, it's just the same thing going back that can get to you. If people are trying to make it better it's all good, as that's what it's for, and there is also so many ways/words to describe things so we will never all agree. But changing it back constantly when there looks to be a few trying to improve it is not letting people join in, as most are agreeing it's currently wrong. Anyway no harm done and thanks for the help, appreciate it. -- (talk) 03:38, 21 June 2008 (UTC) p.s. how/where do i explain any changes i might make? Thanks.

Ignore the question mate, i have found my feet a little more now. Also, sorry for deleting that rubbish i put on your page as i didn't know i couldn't, but thought it shouldn't be a problem. Anyway thanks for the help and sorry if it was a problem. Bob -- (talk) 06:08, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button Button sig.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:46, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, i know you probably won't/don't answer these, but cheers anyway. However, if you do, the tildes seem to have stopped working on here, so i can't use them. The only time i have was in here, so i don't have a clue why it's stopped working, any ideas? Thanks again. Information.svg Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Beve. Your edits appeared to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --SJP (talk) 03:55, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

I explained why though and both me and the person in question know it is no longer needed. It is more out of order being there really as i invaded somebody else's space/page, as i have only been here 5 minutes and didn't know what to do, nor where to go. I obviously know though that it's not my page so i will make sure it doesn't happen again, it was just a talk page that contained similar talk to what i was enquiring about and so i asked there. Then took it down to save space as i no longer don't have a clue. What happens if you make a mistake? can you not change it? so this can't really be construed as vandalism nor nonconstructive edits, as it is trying to improve the site when both people involved also know about it, so should be no real problem. It won't happen again though. Bob. -- (talk) 06:04, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Nuvola apps important.svg Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Midfielder. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Húsönd 23:46, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

As you can see here, you inserted your signature twice in the article while editing it. That looked like a test and so it was automatically reverted. However, I see that most of your edit was good so I'll restore it (signatures removed though). Regards, Húsönd 00:07, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

Well, if you're uncertain about your edits or need more feedback, you may always leave a comment on the article's talk page and wait for other users to reply to your comment. It was my fault[edit]

Actually, that wasn't your fault, it was my fault. I didn't notice that you removed your own comments, which is fine, and I thought you were removing someone elses, which wouldn't be okay. In the future you should use edit summaries to explain your actions. Its not your fault though, because you are inexperienced, and didn't know. Happy editing!--SJP (talk) 06:19, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
