Welcome!
Interested in becoming a regular contributor to Wikipedia? Create an account! Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |

Yeah sorry, but I can't take this seriously, coming from you. Maybe you should get your mixed messaging in order. - 91.10.4.162 (talk) 02:23, 16 February 2018 (UTC)

[edit]"I asked you to stop templating" - and I told you that if you could follow the policies & guidelines here, I wouldn't need to. You failed to provide an explanation for your edit, therefore it was rightfully reverted. Your demand that I "read the bloody article to find the explanation" was both rude and juvenile. The way you're going, someone is going to post a complaint about you and request that you be blocked. All of this evidence that you are so handily providing in support of that block will make it a very easy decision for any admin to make. I will strongly urge you to stop your disruptive editing now. Perhaps take the rest of the day off and try again tomorrow? In the meantime, read thru the welcome template I posted above, learn how things work here and hopefully you can stay out of trouble and become a more effective contributor. - theWOLFchild 03:24, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
- So we have one editor making personal attacks against another, but the target of the attacks should stop being disruptive? - 91.10.2.111 (talk) 05:42, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
- No, the "target" of the template notices clearly deserved them because their editing violated the policies & guidelines of this project. These notices are not punitive, they're informative. They are meant to instruct editors, especially inexperienced ones such as yourself, when they have made edits that were not beneficial or inline with our policies, and perhaps even disruptive. No one is "attacking" you. Stop taking things so personally, realize that not everything is about you, and try to learn how things work here so that you can contribute more effectively. - theWOLFchild 11:31, 16 February 2018 (UTC)

Don't deflect, your bias is obvious

I'm sorry that I can't contribute to the project with my full attention while I have to defend against your harassment. I suggest you find your good faith, stop the personal attacks and let me do my work
". (91.10.2.111 (talk) 12:33, 16 February 2018 (UTC)) - Stop talking about myself, and start thinking how you can be constructive. So far, you do a lousy job. - 91.10.2.111 (talk) 12:34, 16 February 2018 (UTC)

- Your "work" is summed up here; like I said, a grand total of 11 edits that lead to 3 different edit wars, with 3 different editors and disrupted 3 different articles (that is what I would call beyond "lousy"). Add to that your now 32 edits of talk-page nonsense, and you entire contribution to this project is net-negative. You haven't contributed one iota of worthwhile content or made one single improvement. You are the last, absolute last, person who should be criticizing anyone's performance here. Now, you can either prove me wrong, and go make some worthwhile edits that either help build, or help maintain this project, or... you can just keep commenting here, with post after post of 'must-have-last-word' pagefill. Up to you... - theWOLFchild 13:27, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
