Hi All - Todd Glassey here, Sorry I couldn't log in - lost the PW and I am living overseas now. So in answer to those commentaries -

1) I created the idea of TIME AS EVIDENCE when I was working for the US American Bar Associations Information Security Committee, with such amazing people as Steven Teppler (Digital Evidence Guru and lawyer), Hoyt Kesterson (the Man at x.509 so to speak) and many others like Michael Baum who ran the program and Ruven Schwartz who I later stole from Nexis to be our VP of Practices at CertifiedTime. See US6370629 for an example or its derivatives (there are 274 as of 2014... but its likely some will disappear because of the USDC 14-03629/WHA ruling which controls them.)

2) LBS i.e Location Based Services (and specifically TIME AS EVIDENCE) Is the idea of building policy controls for SW/FM systems based on the location and time of the events. These constrain events in VIRTUAL, LOGICAL, and PHYSICAL existence, and are tied to the various control features those are managed through. Much of this comes from my work in TIMESHARING system development in my tenure as an Intern at SUAI (Stanfords AI Lab) under Dr. John McCarthy's tutelage.

I hope this helps in the process of explaining were we came up with the ideas from. Including our working with NIST to develop both CRADA 1681 where we had NIST implement COMMONVIEW GPS for us in 2000 from its disclosure as a concept in 1980 in various research papers, and CRADA 1767 about turning those processes in CRADA 1681 into a business for a calibration desk service provider.

Best to you all - and if you need to contact me - TGLASSEY1@PROTONMAIL.COM is good. //TSG
