Managing a conflict of interest

No conflict of interest. I'm not sure why this was flagged as such. I'm just using Jordan's official site as an accurate information source, in part. The page was quite incomplete, I'm just trying to clean it up, and to provide up-to-date and accurate information, adhering to Wikipedia's standards.

When the source code was released back in 2012, it was first announced on Jordan's website. Those links removed were links to those original news articles, and to where the currently published list of books by the author is presented on their website.

None of that is promotional, so I'm not sure why they were seen as such. But if you think they should not be present, I'll trust your judgement. I'm still relatively new to editing Wikipedia.
