User talk:

As I've told you before- if you want to converse then you need to have a user account or at least a stable IP address. The other user has his problems, but you do to. If you're willing to address your own faults first then I'll help you with others. But I can't help you until you get a stable identity.   Will Beback  talk  05:10, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

See User talk: and WP:tea for examples of IP User threats by User:Arthur Rubin (Admin). DDOS, etc ... concerns. (talk) 05:19, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
It looks like Arthur Rubin was correct that you were thanking yourself at WP:TEA. While that's not illegal, it's deceptive and inappropriate. If you want to be treated as a full member of this project, then you'll need to register an account.   Will Beback  talk  06:00, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
See also WP:CANVASS. Per Will's comments, I'm not going to revert your posting the same comment on 11 editors' talk pages, but you would be wise to self-revert those which haven't been replied to. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 06:42, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
All good suggestions. Get an account if you want to be taken seriously, and edit only using that account. No IPs. -- Brangifer (talk) 07:04, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
