This article is about Double Pig Soft Hearted Snow Skin Mooncake. In 1990s, Chinese made a "Ice-Cream" version of Mooncake, called Snow Skin Mooncake. It became really popular and one Chinese Italian made a brand new version of Snow Skin Mooncake. There are pork inside the Mooncake, and it was so soft like heart. As he put many pork into the Mooncake, he called it "Double Pig" or "Double Pork". Due to it's soft like heart, so he called it "Soft Hearted". He called the dessert "Double Pig Soft Hearted Snow Skin Mooncake" (Doppio Maiale Morbido Cuore Neve Pelle Mooncake in Italian, 雙豬軟心冰皮月餅 in Chinese).
