Hello, I'm changing the first line of this wikipedia page from: "Zachary Braiterman is an American Jewish theologian," to Zachary Braiterman is an American Jewish philosopher. The difference may seem small but it is significant. Theologians ≠ philosophers. While there is certainly often overlap between philosophy, religious studies, and theology that does not necessarily make one a philosopher a theologian or a theologian a philosopher. Therefore it is more accurate to describe Braiterman as a philosopher. My rationale is that Braiterman is the editor for the Indiana University Press Series New Jewish Philosophy and Thought, [1], additionally he edited The Cambridge History Of Jewish Philosophy: The Modern Era (Volume 2) with David Novak and Martin Kavka [2] and finally his book The Shape of Revelation: Aesthetics and Modern Jewish Thought is on Stanford University Press and is categorized as Philosophy / Aesthetics and Jewish Studies [3].
