OKU ISHI This is a type of local food popularly known to be prepared by the people of Isua akoko, the headquarter of the akoko south east local government of Ondo state it is a delicious food, with many health benefits, INGREDIENTS the ingredients include 1:beans 2:corns (dried or fresh) 3:salt 4:water this delicacy is eaten like other special foods with soup, but soup of special varieties this time. The name of the soup is called ISHI prepared from green leaf in a very thick form to aid easy application of the oku on the ishi.
