Welcome
[edit]Hello Again~enwiki, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on Talk page. Again, welcome! Are you planning on actually doing any editing on Wikipedia, or have you just created an account in order to advertise on your User page? Wikipedia is not a web hosting site. Unless you plan on contributing actual information, you may want to find another place to host your advertising. RickK 23:41, Jun 12, 2005 (UTC)
Go and delete pages such as half-life 2, and warcraft 3, those are advertising. Again 00:21, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- The difference is, HL2 and Warcraft's page are notable because they were important games, and are NOT advertising. HL2 has a rather large section of criticisms, and Warcraft doesn't really need one. In any event, cracking and warez are illegal, and promotion of such activities are not permitted on Wikipedia. ral315 04:44, Jun 13, 2005 (UTC)
- Please do not re-add the groups e-mail addresses. They are being used for distribution of pirated software, as this revision clearly shows.
- I am not asking for the page to be deleted on a proposed criterion; I am asking it to be deleted on the grouds of an existing one (vandalism) and established practice (illegal material already gets deleted on sight). - Mike Rosoft 17:50, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Again. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Again~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
