Well, the dedication is made on the dedication page of the book, which I have in my library, but I just moved and all my books are still in boxes. The publication details of Mary Garden's autobiography, "Mary Garden's Story," are already referenced in the source materials cited. Because I can't lay my hands on the book at present (and won't be able to for many months, while I wait for the room where the books will go to be built), I can't quote the exact words of the dedication, but they're something like "To my great friend Jean Tennyson."
