Hi Allysther, your image Image:Tim Tam Slam.JPG has been copied to Commons. But, when checking the original Flickr source, we found that the image is "(C) All rights reserved" on Flickr, whereas here and on Commons it was licensed GFDL and CC-BY 2.5.
