Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Racism in the United Kingdom, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Uhai (talk · contribs) 06:44, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much! If I may ask, could you please clarify which part of my edit did not conform with the manual of style? Altreparole (talk) 06:48, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Capitalization of the word "black" when used in the context of race and not as a proper noun. Capitalization of centuries a la "mid-18th century": these should not be capitalized but specific time periods such as "Dark Ages" should be. Additionally, concerns regarding neutrality and tone should be discussed on the article's talk page before you remove sourced content to avoid potential issues such as edit wars.
